  • We’re not a traditional consulting firm. We don’t hire recent MBA graduates, work them to death, and inflate our prices to cover our overhead. Instead, we’ve built a Roster of Professionals. These are independent contractors, a mix of specialists and generalists, who have their own small business or freelance practice.

    We hand pick these professionals for each contract, empowering them to live the lives they want. This allows us to deliver the right level of expertise for our clients without charging them to cover a wasteful payroll.

  • People spend the majority of their time at work and with their coworkers. When we provide healthy workplaces, we give each individual the opportunity to live lives with better mental health and reduced financial stress.

    When entire workplaces are built this way, a single business can completely change the culture of a community.

    Keith Davenport founded Blazer Strategies to create healthier communities by helping good businesses gain velocity in their growth. In fact, we’re named Blazer Strategies after our hometown community’s high school mascot.

  • Our model allows us to be flexible with who we work with, from a bootstrapped startup to a global industry-leader with 20,000 employees. We work in almost every industry and have found a special home in the Employee Ownership space. Bottom line, we do our best to exclusively partner with people and organizations who care about their people and want to grow their business for their peoples’ good.
